SaveFast respects the intellectual property rights of others. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have set up the following policy to handle copyright infringement reports.

1. Nature of Our Services

SaveFast is a technical utility. We do not host, publish, database, or distribute media files on our own servers. Our services parse direct streaming URLs from external social platforms so users can view or download content directly from the source server.

Because the content is hosted on the social network (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, Snapchat, etc.), any takedown request targeting the actual content files must be filed directly with that social network's administrator to delete the source files completely.

2. How to File a Notice

If you believe that our utility is pointing to infringing content and wish to block the ability to process specific links through our website, please send a written notification to our team containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the specific URL path input that you wish to block from our scraper tools.
• Your contact details (physical address, telephone, email).
• A statement indicating a good-faith belief that use of the material in the reported manner is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
